Very impressed. Tony came to my house and was so polite and helpful. I chose A Appliance at random and I am so glad I did! My washing machine, dishwasher and refrigerator were all acting up and he thoroughly inspected each and explained to me what was happening. I know that I have a wonderful appliance repair service for a very long time! Call A Appliance and you will not be disappointed!

Very Great Job‎‎ We received a call and on the same day we received the service call. We were amazed at the availability of the technician, Tony. When he arrived, he diagnosed the problem fairly quickly and fixed the problem. He was even willing to give us options. This helped us feel in control of how the repair went. Thanks for a great job.

Fast, fair and very courteous‎‎ The repair service on my washing machine that I received was not only fast, very competitive, but also very friendly. Tony truly seems to be very aware of the value of complete customer satisfaction. Would highly recommend A Appliance Repair to family and friends.

Washer Repair and vent cleaning‎‎ Okay folks if you are looking for a customer service oriented repair service look no further. One of the things we all can agree on is that finding a company in Florida that knows what customer service is all about is almost impossible. A Appliance Repair was wonderful. From the first phone call you know you are dealing with professionals. Tony showed up on time and was able to determine the problems with my washer almost immediatley. He not only repaired my washer but also cleaned my dryer vent which was a fire waiting to happen, and for no additional charge changed the door or my dryer. I have added A Appliance to my contact list in my cell and will give it out to all my friends. Thank you so much Tony for knowing what customer service should be about. A client forever! Great Service! I was very impressed with Tony's ability to diagnose the problem with my washer and make it work. He did not waste any time with the repair while educating me about the operation of the washer and ways to prevent it from future disrepair. Tony will be my first call for any home appliance repair.

Another company wanted to charge me over $250.00 for a new pump for my washer without bothering to look inside the machine. Tony came out, opened the washer and found out that my pump was merely clogged. He unclogged it and saved me almost $200. It is nice to find a company with people you can TRUST not to rip you off. I will use Tony for ALL of my repairs from now on and will highly recommend hm to my friends an family. THANK YOU:)

A Appliance Repair was quick to respond and did so very professionally. My garbage disposal was acting up and they came out and fixed it the same day I called! I live in New Tampa and I will recommend this buisness to anyone needing assistance with their appliances. It's so nice to have kind and knowledgable people to help you out! Fantastic professional service at a great price!!! I've used A Appliance Repair & Service for repairs to my dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator and dryer over the last 4 months and I would recommend them to anyone. The appointments have been the same day that I call and Tony has come out for repairs at night and during the weekend. He is very courteous and professional and will answer your questions clearly. I needed to get my fridge fixed and had to break down and call someone. A Appliance happened to be the first on the list and I am glad it was. Tony came out to my house and before even touching my fridge (just by listening to it!) he knew it was one of two issues. After a very quick check (3 minutes) he diagnosed the issue. When I told Tony that I had been researching the internet and I wanted to buy the part online and try to do it myself, he spent almost a whole hour showing me how to do it! Even though he was not going to be doing my service, he spent his time and energy showing me the right way to install the part so I didn't create more of an issue. If that is not amazing service, I'm not sure what is. Thanks Tony for helping me as much as you did. It truly left a lasting impression so that the next time anything goes wrong in my house, you'll be the first one I call!

Unfortunately our refrigerator decided to start leaking and after trying to locate the problem unsuccessfully decided to get a professional. Heard about the web site kudzu and started looking for who to call. I liked what was written about this company and called. They were able to come out the next evening and called to give us 30 min eta, which was appreciated. The tech was Joe and he was very personable, informative and was able to locate the problem and fix it. The cost was very reasonable for all the time he spent to track down the cause. We are now sold on Joe and A Appliance and will be calling them whenever one of our appliances go on the blitz Thank You!
